Harmonious, medium intensity, with the addition of oil from the peels of organic lemons, extra virgin olive oil, from olives harvested on our own estate. Young, green olives were cold pressed within a few hours of harvesting. Olive oil in combination with lemon is used as an excellent addition to seafood dishes, summer salads, desserts…
