Description
100% Extra virgin olive oil from the Istrian plantation Monte Rosso, harvested in late September and early October. Pressed within a few hours after harvest.
The leccino variety predominates, and is complemented by Istarska bjelica (up to 10%). This oil has pronounced aromas of green plants (chicory, freshly cut grass, artichoke, almond), with inconspicuous spiciness and bitterness.
A very balanced oil that satisfies a very wide range of tastes.
