Extra virgin olive oil, from olives harvested on our own property. The young, green olives were cold pressed within a few hours of harvesting. The olive oil is enriched with oil from the peels of organic oranges.

Intense, premium olive oil with an orange flavor is an extremely aromatic and versatile oil that adds a slightly sweet-citrus note to dishes.

It goes perfectly with various dishes:

• Seafood – Perfect for salmon, tuna, shrimp, and shellfish as it highlights the natural sweetness of the seafood.
• Salads – It goes great with salads with fresh citrus fruits, nuts, avocado, arugula, or soft cheese such as burrata.
